1. Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order through mealprep.estiatorioplaka.com, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use this service.

2. Ordering

Orders must be placed by the weekly cutoff (currently Wednesday at 9:00 PM) to be fulfilled that week. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders for any reason, including product unavailability or pricing errors.

3. Pricing

All prices are in US dollars and include applicable food costs. Taxes and delivery fees are calculated at checkout. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time.

4. Food Safety

Our meals are prepared in a commercial kitchen. You are responsible for safe storage and handling after pickup or delivery. Refrigerate immediately and consume within 4 days or freeze promptly.

5. Allergens

Our kitchen handles all major allergens. While we take precautions, we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment. Please review our Allergen Information page and contact us with any concerns before ordering.

6. Payment

Payment is required at the time of ordering. We accept major credit cards and digital wallets via Stripe. All transactions are encrypted and secure.
