Order Cancellations

Because our meals are prepared fresh to order, cancellations must be requested before we begin preparation:

Before Wednesday 9 PM cutoff: Full refund available. Contact us at 443-833-0330 or info@estiatorioplaka.com.
After Wednesday 9 PM cutoff: Orders cannot be cancelled as preparation has begun. No refund will be issued.

Refunds for Quality Issues

If you receive meals that do not meet our quality standards, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order at 443-833-0330 or info@estiatorioplaka.com. We will work to make it right, which may include a replacement, credit, or refund at our discretion.

Missed Pickup

If you miss your scheduled pickup without prior notice, we cannot guarantee your order will be available. Please contact us as soon as possible.

Processing Refunds

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
